Elizabeth Gillies is a singer, songwriter, and an actor from the US. She is best known for her character Lucy in the musical 13 as well as Jade West in the Nickelodeon sictom Victorious. Her first appearance was as a commercial actress. The Black Donnellys (2007) was her first appearance on television. The character was Jade West from 2010-13 in the Nickelodeon show Victorious. She was a child actress and was in a variety of films, such as Babel (2006) the Case of Benjamin Button 2008, and Phoebe in Wonderland 2008. In 2010, she received a nomination to the Critics Choice Movie Awards for best young performer for her role in Sofia Coppola's Somewhere. The year after, she received recognition for her part as a lead character in the science-fiction action film Super 8, which won the Spotlight Award in the Hollywood thriller festival. In addition to her role as the title role in We Bought a Zoo and Ginger & Rosa, she was also the Princess Aurora as in Maleficent and Maleficent: The Mistress Of Evil.
